1. ACCOUNT ASSISTANT @ SETIAWANGSA
Responsibilities:
- To handle full set of accounts
- Involvement in day-to-day accounting operations.
- Preparing month-end closing schedules and reconciliations.
- Closing of month end account and annual audit
- Lead team to resolve any accounting issues.
- Compile information and prepare accurate and on time monthly reporting/analysis.
- Lead initiatives to improve workflow and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Able to provide assistance on timely management reporting.
- Extra knowledge ? Insurance

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI, a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior/senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in accounting position.
- Self-motivated, proactive and interpersonal skills.
- Hard working, high commitment and multi- tasking.
- Ability to handle full set of accounts & monthly reporting.
- Able to use UBS accounting System.
- Work requires good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Excel spreadsheet skills and hands-on experience with Accounting Software
- Hardworking and able to multi-tasks
- Applicants must be willing to work in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur
- Full-Time positions available.
