KARNIVAL BE SKILLS merupakan program anjuran Giat Mara Malaysia rakan strategik Dewan Ekonomi Belia Malaysia yang diadakan 2 tahun sekali.

TERENGGANU menjadi tuan rumah untuk KARNIVAL BE SKILLS 2015 dimana ia turut melibatkan 14 buah negeri yang lain.
