1. MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible to market product both offline and online.
- Create and design a strategy to market a product based on sales target.
- Need to make presentation to the public in accordance with the schedule provided and reach the desired level.
- Creating report total sales, revenue generated and the costs involved
- Creating presentation package proposals and products to the management
- Prepare marketing budget based on company budget provided
- Table talk briefing to potential stockists and interested buyers
- Maintain group of stockists
- Create marketing projection analysis
- Attend to customer complaints and suggestions
- Updating regularly company Social Media (FB, Instagram, email, whatsapp, wechat, beetalk, twitter etc)
- Any other duties required by the company

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related fields
- Have at least one year experience minimum
- Aggressive / Discipline
- Able to achieve company target
- Able follow and act to instructions or task given
- Able to work under pressure with patience
- Able to work in a group
- Dealership experiences will be an advantage
- Know how to market products online and offline
- Reliable, honest and customer friendly
- Creative thinking
- Possess own transport
- Experience in public speaking
- Willing to travel
- Problem solver
- Excellent language skills (English), Mandarin will be advantage

2. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT


JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for timely preparation of Management Accounting report on monthly basis
- Ensure timely preparation of Annual Financial Report for audit
-Ensure all accounting records are properly reconciled and maintained
- Provide timely cost report and cost analysis to the Management
- Planning and monitoring weekly, monthly and yearly cash flow
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary
- To assist with any other task when assigned by the management

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent
-At least 1 years of working experience in the related field
- Familiar with GST and Accounting Software
- Specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting/ Cash Flow and UBS
- Adaptable, flexible, strong analytical skills and committed with high level of initiative
- Fluent in Malay and English
- Able to be multi-tasked and cope with pressure
