3plepix Sdn. Bhd. are searching for a Personal Assistant to the Manager.
The requirements are:
1) Preferably female.
2) Diploma holder in Sales/Marketing and other related field.
3) Have former experience as a Personal Assistant.
4) Must have excellent organisational and time management skills.
5) Good written and spoken communication skills.
6) Accuracy and attention to detail.
7) A calm and professional manner.
8) Excellent computer and administration skills.
9) Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
10) The ability to use your own initiative.
Job Description:
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organising events and conferences
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Collating and filing expenses
Any other related task & work
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,200.00 to RM1,400.00 /month
