Job Description:
Principal (Salary starting RM1,500, all in)
# Learn, absorb, practice, and share with teachers the spirit and content of
The Little Caliphs Program (TLCP).
# Ensure that TLCP curriculum and content well understood by all kindergarten
teachers.
# Ensure that TLCP curriculum and content are delivered by teachers in
accordance to Little Caliphs teaching.
# Ensure that weekly lesson's plan are well prepared by teachers, in line with
TLCP standard.
# Chair a brief regular daily meeting with kindergarten staffs / teachers.
# Chair a weekly meeting with kindergarten staffs / teachers.
# Ensure that teachers are following the discipline, rules, and regulations of
the kindergarten.
# Ensure that books are in line with Little Caliphs SCORECARD.
# Ensure the kindergarten premise is always clean, orderly, neat, and tidy
(adopting 5 S principle).
# Organise the grocery and meal preparation for students.
# Act as a spoke-person of the kindergarten for answering inquiries about
kindergarten.
# Supervise daycare, fees collection, teacher / staff scheduling, and
maintenance of kindergarten premise.
# Perform other tasks relevant to the kindergarten matters as decided by the
management.
# Report to the Manager, write and present a monthly report of the operation
of the kindergarten.
Academic qualification: A minimum A degree in Early Childhood Education or other field. Able to communicate in English fluently and has good communication skill with public. Posses own transport is an advantage.
Teacher (Salary starting RM1,200, all in)

# “To instil the love of Islam and knowledge to young children”
# “To give young learners a wonderful and effective learning experiences using
best practices in early childhood education”
# Learn, absorb, practice, and share with teachers the spirit and content of
TLCP.
# In charge of her class.
# Communicate with her students' parent / guardian.
# Keeping the classroom always clean, orderly, neat, and tidy.
# Preparing teaching aids.
# Monitor attendance.
# Reception of the students, and sending the students to the gate.
# Prepare weekly Lessons' Plan.
# Prepare weekly Teaching Report.
# Ensure the safety and well-being of her students while at the kindergarten
premise during the kindergarten session (in class room, toilet, or outside
compound).
# Fees collection and submission of the money to the management.
# Reporting to the Principal.
Academic qualification: A minimum A diploma in Early Childhood Education or other field. Able to communicate in English fluently and has good communication skill with public. Posses own transport is an advantage.
