Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Human Resource / Management / Finance or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years working experience. Preferably with Accounting background.
Job Scope:
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all employees.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable to employment act conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, recommending and improving Human Resource policies, SOP, Employee Handbook and staff benefit.
• Handling the full process of misconduct of an employee.
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employees grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and employment laws.
• Administer and manage the payroll of the centre management staff.
• Check, verify and approve EPF & SOCSO contribution.
• Handle and provide safe-keeping for employee data and name.
• Ensure all employees are screened through via esims KDN.
• Responsible for selection of training (Certified Security Guards) by KDN.
• Develop and maintain a human resource system to meet management needs
• Responsible for handling general affairs and office management
• Liaise with government authorities such as BOMBA, Majlis Perbandaran, TNB, and other authorities when required.
• Monitor and responsible for the purchase and distribution of uniforms, stationeries, office supplies and others.
• Prepare Reporting Package for Management, which comprise as follows:
- Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement on monthly basis
- Sales vs Target report for the year, followed by months
- Credit Note report for the year, followed by months
• Liaise with external auditors for audit.
• Obtain feedback from respective Regional Managers on the debtors outstanding for further follow-up of payment on weekly basis
• Any other accounts and HR stuff as and when required from the Management.
