-dalam rumah ada tv, peti ais, mesin basuh, dapur, astro
-dalam rumah ada seekor kucing
-bawah blok ada kedai makan, kedai runcit, salun, dobi
-area rumah dekat dengan matahari mall, giant, tesco, pasar malam
-shopping mall pun dekat, sunway pyramid
-dekat dengan federal, LDP, NPE, kesas
-dekat dengan public transport (bus, ktm dato harun, ktm seri setia)
-bil astro rm25 seorang, bil elektrik bahagi tiap bulan antara penyewa
-blok ramai melayu dan selamat
-sewa bulan rm200 termasok air
-deposit 2+1 (rm400 deposit + rm200 sewa)
-deposit boleh bayar ansur if ada problem
