Private home workout and cooking demo for ladies only - organized and conducted by a former fatty who lost weight and stay fit by doing home exercises and eat healthy.
NO DIET, NO STARVING, NO DIET PILL, NO SLIMMING PILLS, NO SLIMMING, DIET and NONSENSE PRODUCTS.
Repeat, only 2 things will be taught in this class.
How to exercise from home and eat healthy.
No products selling.
While joining, you not only lose weight but stay fit.
What you'll get from joining the class:
- an hour workout consists of Dynamic warm-up, strength exercise and stretching.
- knowledge and input about food and diet.
- get to know each other, find some new friends and socialise. Yay!
- freedom to exercise wearing clothes you feel comfortable. But must be proper:)
- workout in privacy with women only members and in safe (private resident with security) and convenient facility ; comes with guest bathroom.
- post workout smoothies to rehydrate, heal and speed up muscle recovery.
- also post workout meal. I'll show how to prepare.
Whole session would take up to 2 to 2 1/2 hour.
You only need to bring your towel, yoga/exercise mat and clean shoes.
Drinking water is provided.
I would encourage you to come 3 times a week to achieve better results.
Only 5-6 people in each session.
Fee is only RM60 per session.
Location : Segambut Dalam/Mont Kiara
Classes will be daily with 2 sessions.
AM session from 9am-11am
PM session from 7pm-9pm
