- Diploma/Asasi/Degree(diberi keutamaan kepada orang yang mengambil sijil Permata KAP/belajar dalam Pendidikan Awal Kanak-kanak/berpengalaman selama 1 tahun bekerja taska, tadika)
- berdisiplin
- bersemangat tinggi dan sanggup untuk belajar lebih lagi dalam bidang pendidikan awal kanak-kanak

kelebihan bekerja di sini:
- KWSP dipotong selepas menandatangani perjanjian(boleh bekerja lama)
- tempat tinggal disediakan
- boleh mendalami tentang pendidikan awal kanak-kanak
