Dobi di Kota Damansara untuk Dijual Segera

Bismillah....

Saya ada sebuah perniagaan dobi untuk dijual. Terletak di Dataran Sunway Kota Damansara.

Saya menjaga 2 hotel dan 1 spa(delivery & pickup). Satu spa lagi dia akan hantar 2 kali seminggu. Kedai saya mempunyai 5 mesin termasuk mesin dry-clean. Kedai beroperasi dari Mei 2008. Sudah mempunyai ramai pelanggan tetap.

Alasan untuk dijual kerana isteri saya mengandung sekarang dan dalam keadaan sekarang dia tidak mampu untuk memberi komitment pada kerja. Harga jualan adalah RM90k(bole nego lagi sampai jadi untuk yg betol2 serius....) Harga termasuk semua kelengkapan dobi yg ada didalam kedai. Skrg mempunyai 2 org pekerja.

Sesiapa yang berminat bole call isteri saya puan aishah 011-3200-4223 dgn segera.
