I have three opportunities open that i would like to advertise here on Majalah;

1)
Need to lease or joint venture:-
- Crude oil storage vessel with capacity of storing 1millon barrels a month.
- location offshore Nigeria waters protected by Nigerian police and navy.
- Vessel to remain throughout 3 years contract in Nigeria waters
- Bank will pay all parties involved.
- Can either be a leasing contract or a Join Joint Venture business with government company.

2)
Shipyard that is currently sitting on the 21ha land is available for sale. Includes all major shipyard facilities etc barges constructions, tug boats servicing, docks servicing. Currently one of Batam biggest shipyard.

Market price and value SGD600 per meters square.

Selling price with 33% discount off market price at SGD400 per meters square.

3)
JV partner to invest USD 125k for a Bonny Light Crude Oil (BLCO) deal needed. Payout of USD 2m upon completion. The details are as follows:

1. There are many loaded vessel out at sea off Nigeria or near China water waiting to be cleared out by NNPC or waiting for new buyer in China. This is so because many buyer's have failed in their part on the instrument or inability to get the end buyer to issue MT103/72. NNPC has cleared some of the vessels which are already near Chinese water. NNPC has just changed their sales policy ie. They nolonger accept Blocked Fund MT799. They only accept SBLC or BG via MT760 or out front cash for the clearance of the document and the vessel of of Nigeria water.
2. For the out front cash USD250k is for the clearance of shipping document (USD120k), clearing out the NNPC terminal (USD 50) and Clearance for destination port via NNPC Financial Department (USD80k).
3. This SPOT deal is with NNPC terminal appointed mandate as Buyer and your side as co-buyer
4. Both parties equally share the cost of USD250k ie. each USD125k.
5. The discount is USD8 net to Buyer. The current price in China through HK company is Average Brent index minus USD4. So you have USD2 per bbl each in this SPOT deal of 2 million bbls. The reason through HK company and not to China end buyer is to avoid unnecessary problem with the China company.
6. When the out front cash is paid, the vessel will be loaded in the name of both Buyer and Co-Buyer, all document will also be in the Buyer and Co-Buyers 'name. If the vessel off China water is available and could be assigned, all the shipping document will be changed to Buyer and Co-Buyer's name.
7. Your side will sign contract with HK company to deliver the cargo.
8. Once the vessel is in China's Port Limit, all original shipping document will be sent to Buyer/Co-Buyer via bank to bank bonded courier. HK Buyer's bank will issue MT103/72 before the cargo is discharged into their land base storage tank. When the CIQ Q&Q report is out, within 3 international banking days HK company's bank will make full payment via MT103 to Buyer/Co-Buyer. Buyer/Co-Buyer will within 5 international banking days (from the date the CIQ report is out) make full payment to NNPC.
9. Transaction completed
