1. HR CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT (5 & half days/week)
Requirements:-
?Minimum Diploma in HR/Admin or its equivalent.
?With 1-2 years experience is an advantage.
?Well verse in Microsoft Office.
?Familiar with AutoCount software application is an added advantage.
?Assist and handles full spectrum of HR &administration activities.
?Prepare payroll.
?Responsible for the day to day HR operations & administrative duties.
?Able to work long hours & work independently with minimum supervision.
2. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (5 & half days/week)
Requirements:-
?Minimum Diploma & has least 1-2 years experience in accounts or equivalent.
?Familiar with Peachtree software application is an added advantage.
?Responsible to maintain the accounts of the company as well as general administrative works for the company.
?To assist in all Accounting matters involving AP, AR , PV and Cash flows etc
?To assist in the issuance of payments (cheques, TT, cash) ensure all supporting documentations are duly signed, filed and in order.
?To assist in monthly closing accounts and reporting.
?To maintain a proper and updated filing system for accounting records, correspondence and related documents.
?To assist in other ad hoc task and administration matters as may be required.
