Banking Telemarketing Executive (Credit Card)
Basic Salary up to RM3500

Job Descriptions:
? To actively promote and acquire new to bank (NTB) credit card through telemarketing initiative and generate new leads for acquisition purposes (only limited pre-approve and non-pre-approve leads will be supported)
? To follow up, complete and submit customer?s application timely
? To well versed with cards product knowledge (own and competitors), credit criteria and BNM Responsible Lending Guideline
? Familiarity in obtaining income documentation depending on customer?s application is essential
? To meet and exceed sales performance indicator (I.e. no of calls, talk time, submissions and approvals)
? Adhere Bank?s compliance and Compliance & Control policy and processes at all times.
? Working hours: Monday - Friday (9.30 am ? 6.30 pm) + twice Saturday/month (10.00am ? 2.00pm)
? Working location: Raja Chulan / Masjid Jamek, Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:

? SPM, Diploma/ Degree graduates with retail/ consumer banking experience in acquisitions drive or through the door (TTD) approach are encouraged to apply
? Aged between 22-35 years old
? Confident, intelligent, independent, target-oriented and resourceful.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Demonstrate a hunger to reach and exceed targets, the need to be enthusiastic, driven, tenacious, determined and motivated
? Candidates with 1-2 years sales experience would be added advantage
? Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant status

? Basic salary commensurate with qualification & experience (up to RM3500)
