Position :
Account executive
Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information; managing staff.
Handle full set of account.
Incharge in daily accounting transaction activities.
Treasury transaction such as preparing payment.
Closing monthly management report.
Prepare monthly closing of account and report to Management
Assist in preparing / checking monthly / quarterly GST reporting, and payment
handle accounting data entry and day to day operations of accounting function
Maintain efficient filing and documentation system for audit and statutory requirement.
Prepare payment voucher, process monthly salary, journal, staff claims, and other relevant duties.
Prepare monthly invoicing, account receivables / payable
Assist in ad-hoc assignment as and when necessary.
Resourseful, independent, work well under pressure at odd Hours
Smart and hardworking. Possess on transport.
FLUENT IN SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH IS A MUST.
Min Diploma in accounting with afew years experience.
