Provide quality customer support through Voice and Digital channels for our customers Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries Email: ratesshan@intelek.com.my Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits Take the extra mile to engage customers To meet/exceed agreed sales, productivity, and quality standards (eg: quality call monitoring and customer satisfaction monitors) Monday-Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm 🏖🏖 Intake : 3rd July 2023 Contract 6 - 12 months (renewable depend on performance) Basic Salary: RM2500 + Mobile Allowance + commission average RM 2000 - RM 3000 (depending on sales) Requirement: Min SPM and 2 years Telesales experience 35 years old and below Strong listening skills. Able to portray excellent negotiation skills. Able to work with minimal supervision and handle pressure well. Persevered and determined to achieve sales targets.
