Perhaps we are about to see more incoming comments here especially from mr Linkman majalah followers, ha ha. I treated you like VIP, mr Linkman, don't you? Although you are about to attend an interview for 2.6k a month job. Your friend who earned 10k month is actually nothing to proud about, he is still a fix wage earner from an employer. Even, if he has 30k monthly salary, he still could'nt buy a bungalow in section 14 PJ. The only way to give a strike back, is to become an entrepreneur of real business, not like rich quick minded of express entrepreneur like Megaherbs Bio-Xtreme, dr.zubir company who has been charged of investment scam and misconduct lately, pending court hearings. BTW, it's good for you to set a target to over-whelm your 10k salary fren but whatever job you do, dont let the entrepreneurial spirit flies away. The ambition towards becoming an entrepreneur has to start while we are in early 30's-40's, if you reach 60, then just thinking of starting a business, trust me, just in 5 years all the hard-earned EPF savings will turn into someone else wealth because as at this time our business making decision is not as efficient and proactive like 20 years before. Talking about real business, what kind of business to begin with will determine the success of long journey to come. Besides sufficient capital, ambitious towards running the business you loved about is not enough if the end product/services are not easy to sell of to make profit. This is where the planning takes place, if want to run good profitable business, you must sell a product which a customer will need it. Its better to sell product which end-users will consume it everyday, the easiest to think about is selling nasi lemak or burger, hawkers's style. What if we think deeper, how about selling the input needed by those hawkers directly? this is where the challenge begins, the hawkers now become our potential customer, will ask about the price you can offer to him/her, cheaper from current supplier? how you can meet the demand? do you produce the "input product" yourself? and more... to be continued... |
| 4 | Tips in Mastering English - Sat 2/Nov/2013 7:50am Cikgu Johnny, Appreciate your evaluation on my english level of practice, I do admit I have received various level of English courses and training from SPM 1119 (during MRSM) to Technical Presentation Skills (during my HND), supposed I have the theory and less practice of english will result back to zero efficiency unless after college I've been shipped out to either in canada or USA then my english will flow like shining water better than those who speaking like water but zero on grammar and broken everywhere, I think you know whom I meant to, ha ha, slip in little bit sarcastically sentences, hell they didn't even felt nothing if they read this, because not much them has the capability of understanding such long discussion, in few days you'll see, like this in this topic. Furthermore majalah.com is likely to be the safe haven of ''orang kita'' cyber warung. I'm in haste right now, I will see later.. same like you, we all have the commitment towards something right? If not how we are going to make the living ? Yeah, yeah my english is catching up alive already, thanks to you Johnny for the initiate. | 5 | Tips in Mastering English - Wed 30/Oct/2013 6:27pm Well done, cikgu johnny. Your writings alone has shown your proficiency in English. Its has been quite sometime I have not wrote in English perhaps 3 years back or more, when at that time I was in a project that requires me to communicate thru email on overseas contacts. First time ever I have encountered such effort on improving english here on majalah.com. Its true, how well we can speak and write in English does not come from merits of academic, its the desire and willingness to learn and adaptability that makes it happen. As for me, my writings may look somehow my english is good but in real conversation I may use wrong sentence or words in responding back or more ''ar ar .. ar'' or ''hmhh...hmh'' because in every day life I use my mother tongue language at all times instead of english. Since I have becoming majalah frequent visitors, maybe I can improve my english by responding to your post here mr johhny. Lets see what is our next commenter have to say. |
