Kindly note: We have full trust on the buyer side channels that NO CIRCUMVENTION happen and welcome to any RELIABLE seller brokers/mandate to work closely with us as team in order to achieve the ''GOALS'' =========================================================================== Procedures that Buyer will accept ? none other. 1. SELLER addresses the FULL CORPORATE OFFER (?FCO?) to buyer name (will advise upon confirmation agree for the said docs) and sends FCO to AONE GLOBAL/KWENA INTERNATIONAL for forwarding to the GATEKEEPER who will take the FCO to end Buyer concern. SELLER pays all intermediaries per IRREVOCABLE MASTER FEE PROTECTION AGREEMENT (?IMFPA?) within 48 hours of receipt of MT103. 8. If interested, END USER will engage SELLER for Monthly or Weekly Contract, for which the Intermediaries must receive Commission from the SELLER for the life of the Contract and including any Rolls and Extensions. END USER/BUYER might be prepared to accept a Sale and Purchase Agreement as per the attached instead of a FCO, BUT ONLY, if the Agreement contains END USER/BUYER Procedures and not the Refinery?s Procedures.
