Responsibilities: Main purpose of job is to provide a full receptionist, secretarial and administrative support service to local MEF office. Main responsibilities: ? Perform general office admin tasks: data entry, filling, retrieve documents, photocopy documents, manage overall office upkeep & maintenance, assist Directors in ad-hoc tasks and so on. ? Maintain the MEF diary and arrange appointments as necessary. ? Type reports and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources. ? Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate. ? Draft routine correspondence for approval and signature by the management. ? Receive visitors to the office and MEF facilities. ? Open and distribute post. ? Attend and minute meeting on demand and arrange for the distribution of the minutes ? Make travel arrangements for the MEF personnel. ? Undertake projects and research, which might require contact with external agencies or companies, as required by the management. ? Support marketing and logistics activities. Requirements: ? Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ ''O'' Level/ Diploma qualification. ? Excellent English and Malay language skills. ? Education at least to A-Level standard. ? Basic accounting knowledge. ? Computer & Internet literate in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel. ? 2 to 3 years? experience as department secretary/assistant/receptionist ? Full range of and administrative skills. ? Finance & Accounts Executive Responsibilities: ? The incumbent is responsible to manage daily bookkeeping and accounting transactions including billing updates and processing. ? Monitor debtor accounts with follow up calls and written reminder on full credit control exercise. ? Preparing daily cash flow analysis for management decision making and preparing cash flow statement (CFS) on month end reporting. ? Keeping accurate records on inter-company transactions and balances inclusive of account reconciliation. ? Closing of monthly and annual accounts, analysis of financial data and budget preparation and monitoring. ? Assist in other ad-hoc accounting projects and perform any other accounting related duties as applicable. Requirements: ? Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting or equivalent. ? At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field. ? Experienced in full set of Accounts and able to meet tight deadline with minimum supervision. ? Experience in project accounting and monitoring ? Proficiency in accounting software UBS and MS Office applications. ? Good in spreadsheet application, especially MS Excel ? Detail, analytical, accurate, good with numbers, reporting and good organizational skills. ? Good interpersonal skill. Committed, sense of urgency, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
