Transport of bauxite (aluminium oxide ores) internal port to vessel (Kuantan Port).
Payment 15 days once for the distance of 100m to 1000m (twice per month). Flat rate of RM14 per trip.
Diesel can be taken from port itself. Deduction upon payment every 15 days.
Meals for drivers been provided during working hours.
Drivers must be Malaysian.
Lorries without permit should not be a problem as travelling in port vicinity only.
Lorries must have lights (as travelling at night) and tail closure must have to avoid spillages.
Working hours dependant on loads. It's always more than 16hrs. Min trips is 4 trips per hours and max up to 7 trips per hour. Depend on the driver.
No downtime of loading as sufficient excavators are there for each site. Only 6 to 7 buckets of load allowed.
No high terrain. Just flat land of site.
Lorries can be parked in the port itself.
Accommodation bear by the contractor as the 'kongsi' in the port vicinity not really conducive.
10 tyres tipping lorries are most suitable for the transportation. Must have rear closure.
