VACANCY FOR TICKETING OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Handle corporate/client ticketing(ticket issuing,invoicing etc)
- Provide flight bookings and reservation services to customers.
- Provide hotel & car bookings for corporate client. Able to handle
corporate clients enquiries in a professional manner.
- Customer complaint resolution.
- Provide quotation in a time manner to customer.
- Posses positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA with 1 years working experience in
travel agency or related field.
- Good command of English both verbal and written.
- Preferably knowledgeable in GDS.
- Self motivated, passionate, good interpersonal skills, responsible,
hardworking and able to work independently.
- Able to start work immediately would be an advantage.
