I have checked, none of the two authorities, i.e. Bank Negara nor IRB given instruction to hold payments. I THEREFORE CONCLUDE THAT THE MONEY FROM THE TRUST ACCOUNT WAS ILLEGALLY WITHDRAWN. why areParam and gang not showing any letters from authorities??
