? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
? Minimum 4 years related working experience
? Mature with good command of oral & written English and Bahasa Malaysia
? Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
? Good organizing, communication and leadership skills
? Ability to work under pressure to achieve the desired results
? Knowledge in is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
? To handle HR functions which include recruitment, confirmation, resignation and termination of employees, conduct orientation to new employees
? To administer company workforce planning
? To put together the construction project team for whole range of project tasks
? Able to provide and instill good interpersonal communication between all staffs
? Able to retain staff and conduct dismissal effectively
? To coordinate the performance appraisal exercise with the relevant Department Heads
? To identify and coordinate training needs as part of Employee Development Programme. Also to arrange staff training for job performance and assessment for staff effectiveness and improvement
? Development of a superior workforce and organization development
? Responsible to upkeep computer system to match staff requirement
? To provide individual job scope accurately
? Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
? Responsible to process monthly payroll, employees, leaves and benefits.
? Handle EPF, Socso, Income Tax and payroll related matters.
