To ensure the success of your venture, a sound financial background is strongly recommended as the initial start-up cost for an individual outlet in Malaysia is RM1.1 Million which will include creative designs and advertisements, renovation, heavy equipment, labour, training, and licensing fees for 5 years.
To facilitate our selection process, we would require a brief proposal from you on the following:
1. Location of the shopping complex for the proposed outlet. Brief description on consumer traffic and retail surroundings
2. Company profile if you own a business
3. A resume of yourself/partners, indicating industry expertise or profession, history of work/business experience
4. Intended business ownership structure of the outlet i.e. sole proprietorship or partnership
5. An estimation of ready capital
6. Number of outlets you intend to open
