1	Golden Nest Properties Confirmed Big Scam Now! - Tue 10/Nov/2009 3:32pm I signed up and paid the deposit in July 09. Had called them several times but could not get my refund back. A lawyer suggested that i get a 'small claim' form from the Mahkamah and file for it.( Provided your claim is less than RM5000.) 3	Investment In Bird Nest / Sarang Burung - Thu 1/Oct/2009 5:33pm I attended the presentation and regretted buying 1/2 lot. They charged RM3,840.00 thru my credit card and till now i didn't hear from them. I didn't received the contract and also the RM100 as promised. What should we do ?
