What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing backend e-commerce software operations such as order management and inventory management.
Managing warehouse operations such as tracking inventory, product coding, pricing, order processing, picking and packing.
Analysing sales data and discovering new trends.
Conduct web content checking to ensure smooth executions and accurate information on all web pages.
Provide CS support and actively engaging with customers online through online chat support.
