Nursing service is healthcare delivered in a client?s home may have the goal of recovery or maintenance. In general, the goal of nursing service is to provide treatment for illness or injury and to maintain your highest level of ability or health. NURSING SERVICE Our service offers the option for patient a) Bed ridden patient b) Terminally ill c) Patient that cannot be left alone d) Post surgery care e) Care when patient warded f) Post natal (after delivery)care g) Confinement mother We offer this service 4,8,12 or 24 hourly basis can be arranged daily weekly and monthly according to the need of the patient and the home environment. Our service also available for patient who are hospitalized and would refer a private nurse to accompany and monitor the patient throughout the hospital stay. We also be used by caregiver to accompany the patient to visit doctors or even undergo medical check up at hospital. PHYSIOTHERAPY AND REHAB SERVICE Our services will allow patient with limited mobility to develop independent with daily activities in convenient and comfortable setting, allowing families to be closely involved in the rehabilitation process. For orthopedic and geriatric cases, the two basic things are 1) Ankle weights - half kilo per side 2) Arm dumb bells - half kilo per side (sometimes I substitute this with using small water bottles and put sand in them) 3) Exercise band - orange band from Sanctband- usually for upper limb exercises. Above is mainly for Geriatric patients and bed ridden patients which will be used in later stages of rehabilitation. In later stages of rehab, the following may be used 1) Gym ball either 55 cm or 65 cm size 2) Balance cushion for balance training (usually it is tough for geriatrics, so sports people use this more) If the person is ventilated or has tracheostomy, to do suctioning, the following are required 1) Suctioning tray 2) Gloves (normal and surgical depend on type of suctioning) 3) Masks 4) Apron (if required) 5) Suctioning tube of proper size according to patient's need - adults or pead CONFINEMENT LADY CONFINEMENT SERVICE 1.
