The current shareholders comprise of 2 professionals in the real estate industry, Sr Adzman Shah Bin Mohd Ariffin and Puan Sr Dainah Binti Mahmud. The management team offers a wealth of over 50 years of dynamic work experience in the property industry. The current team in various capacities has hands on experience in real estate market research, project feasibility, property, facility and centre management, investment as well as retail consultancy. ExaStrata Solutions Sdn Bhd is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents (BoVEA) and also with the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia. The Firm's shareholders are members of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (RICS), Association of Private Valuers, Property Managers and Estate Agents (PEPS) and Malaysian Institute of Professional Property Managers (MIPPM).
