A personal assistant (PA), sometimes called an executive secretary or personal/private secretary, works closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. Personal assistants (PAs) often act as the manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. Tasks are likely to include: - devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing; - screening phone calls, enquirers and requests, and handling them when appropriate; - organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments; - organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the director is well prepared for meetings; - Follow ups on all meeting agendas and discussion issues - dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the director Requirement: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Secretarial or related field - Required skill(s): MS Office, general writing, documentation skill, communication skill, - Required language(s): English, Malay and Mandarin is good to have - At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Posses a sense of urgency in completing task on time. - Bright, confident personality, well presented and personable - Flexible and mature approach with the ability to work unsupervised - Willing to learn and multi task, independent, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision - Available to start work immediately - Female - Age 23 and above - Full-Time position(s) available. - Email us the resume for interview Sherry.leewp@gmail.com (Sherry Lee) 012-282 1146
