Designation: Event Sales Specialist (ESS)
Location: Malaysia

Responsibilities:
• To perform outbound and inbound cross sell Telemarketing to potential Customers
• To acquire new Customer leads via phone and maintain accurate customer information, leads and contacts in customers profile
• To promote TrueCap range of services to potential Customers through effective sales presentations
• Sales activities are carried out by way of face-to-face interaction
• Customer database is furnished
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/''A'' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Must speak fluent Bahasa Melayu
• Excellent written and oral communicative, verbal and non verbal listening skills
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Presents a professional and knowledgeable image
• Persuasive techniques
• Able to build trust and good relationship with people of all levels
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel
• An Experience in sales, call centre & telesales would be added an advantage
Successful candidates will be provided with :
• Basic salary range RM1,500.00- RM3,000.00 base on Qualification & Experience
• Commission up to RM10,000.00
