Dear Ms Norhanizah, in order to franchise your biz into franchise biz, based on the Franchise Act 1998 requirement, you need to register your business with the Registrar of Franchise (ROF) under the KPDNKK. You need to develop your own franchise system and later register with ROF.
You may appoint franchise consultant to assist you or you develop your own system. Thank you.
