SCOPE OF SERVICES:
1) Proper filing system
2) Typing
( up to 800 words per month)extra will be charge
3) pick up calls & received Faxs (free out going 15 docs)
4) Accounting & bookeping
( Prepare monthly management accounts reports using computerized system)
a) Profit & Loss statement
b) Balance sheet
c) ledger
d) Trial balance
5) Payroll
(Prepare payslip/ EPF ,PCB, SOCSO form-up to 5 staffs)
6) Liaise with company auditor/ company secretary/ bankers/ IRB/EPF & SOCSO office for matter arising
7) Liaise with creditor & debtor
(Up to 10 creditor & debtor)

All of above just only RM 500 - RM 1,200
DEPEND ON JOB

Fee for other assign job will be base on job basis
(RM200-350 service fee per job)
