Salary : RM2000 ~ RM2600 (negotiable)

Job Task :

* The Technical Specialist (After Sales & Maintenance) is responsible to provide technical support to both internal (within the organization) and external customers (after sales & maintenance support) in resolving – ICT related, software related and basic hardware integration / installation related matters;

* The Technical Specialist personnel is required to be well-versed with Pradotec's product (hardware & software) and work closely with the after sales & maintenance in both Business & Commercial and Production & Maintenance teams;

* Responsible to document and keep record of maintenance support queries from both internal and external customers; * Assist technology (software) development team in application testing and integration processes / functionality. Manage technicality of assigned projects, ensuring project objectives and user functionality are met;

* Work with relevant technical specialist members in resolving technical product-related matters; Consult Superior as and when needed and keep Superior updated from time to time on the work progress;

* Responsible to provide customer summary reports to update the team (After sales team – technical and commercial) ; Work closely with after sales support team – both technical and commercial team;

⚫ Assist in maintaining the “well-being” of the ICT within the organization, especially in the area of – computer setups, and network connectivity;
⚫ Responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all computer-related activities for the organization;
⚫ Lead all information technology operations and related matter within the Company;
⚫ Any other tasks as and when assigned by Superior and/or Management.
