- Membangun, melaksanakan, memantau dan meningkatkan prosedur operasi standard untuk memastikan bahawa gudang dan logistik beroperasi pada tahap kecekapan puncak.
- Memotivasi, mengatur, mengembangkan dan mendorong kerja berpasukan dalam tenaga kerja
- Untuk memberikan sokongan pentadbiran am seperti Pesanan Penghantaran, Senarai Pembungkusan, dll.
- Untuk berhubung rapat dengan pengangkut, laman penghantaran.
- Untuk berkomunikasi, memproses dan merancang jadual pengiriman dan memantau dan menindaklanjuti barang dalam perjalanan dan penyesuaian pengiriman barang.
