Vacancy in Facility / Project Management
Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Location: Pangsapuri Anggun, Seksyen 4, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor
Responsibilities:
- To implement and enforce house rules & regulation in order to create a conducive living environment.
- To monitor and manage the operations of service providers
- Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations
- To prepare & provide monthly report to the JMB on the status of the apartment pertaining issues such as operational, manpower, etc
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in related field
- Able to prepare report
- Able to comprehend building construction and drawing
- Familiar with Strata Management Act (757)
