Position: TECHNICIAN CUM WAREHOUSE WORKER

Reports to: SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00

Duties and Responsibilities

* Application of corrosion control products inclusive of Composite Wrapping.
* To carry out mechanical cleaning using power tool or wire brush to remove corrosion/scales before the application of the products.
* Responsible for ensuring that works are performed in an orderly manner, meeting client’s safety requirements and proper housekeeping after completion
of works.
* Responsible for the set up and preparation of all equipment and tools before, during and after work period.
* Involved in other works related to the commissioning of company products including coating and blasting.
* Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
* Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
* Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
* Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
* Complete diary logs into inventory.
* Report any discrepancies.
* Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
* Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
* Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Requirements

* Experience in Oil & Gas at least 2 years.
* Proficiency in computer (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to lift heavy objects.
* Experience in operating forklifts.
* Diploma In Mechanical Engineering & related with the position.
* Licence - (capable to drive manual car).
