We are well established CIDB class G7 Company with Building Construction & Civil Engineering and Project Management. Due to our expansion, we would like to invite dynamic and highly motivated professional to join us. We are looking for potential candidates to apply for the following vacancy:-
SECRETARY cum DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:-
May assigned to Secretarial & ISO job function such as:
1. Answering telephone calls, Maintaining Diaries and Arranging Appointments & Taking messages
2. Typing, Filing and Administrative work
3. Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
4. Prioritising workloads
5. Handling correspondence
6. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
7. Liaising with relevant organisations
8. Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
9. Prepared & Updated Company Profile
10. Prepared for the Company’s Renew License
11. Control of ISO Documentation.
12. Oversee the documents & records control of respective department.
13. Assist Management Representative on issues/matters pertaining to OH&S Management System.
Requirements
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field.
• At least 1 – 2 years experience in the related field is required.
• A self starter and be able to work independently.
• Computer literacy in MS word, excel etc.
• Candidates should be Malaysian citizens.
