Key Responsibilities:
· The primary customer contact.
· Development, implementation and delivery of contracted services at customer
sites and other locations where the services are performed.
· Full operational responsibility for assigned accounts to include labour utilization,
materials management, equipment, assets and inventories, and equipment
service to achieve gross margin targets.
· Monitor processes to establish quality standards.
· Coach and counsel team members on all operational processes.
· Accountable for the recruiting, education, development and retention of team
members.
· Maintain positive relationships with customers, peers, sales, administration and
other business units to ensure a smooth services solutions implementation and
operations.
· Develop a regular account review communications strategy in conjunction with
sales and operations staffs.
Key Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
· With 1 years relevant working experience
· Applicants must be willing to work in Semenyih.
· Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
· Ability to operate at prime customer contact levels.
· Customer Service focused and proven track record in the delivery of high quality
customer service.
· Excellence communication skills and good commercial awareness.
· Proven experience in leading (or contribute to) the delivery of complex projects.
· Willing to travel and possess own transport(considerable).
· Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
· Possess leadership quality.
· Strong analytical skill.
· Able to articulate and possess effective presentation skills.
· Committed and result driven.
· Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
· With strong self initiative and creative.
· Full time positions on contract basis (1 year).
