Registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF), Institute of Public Relations Malaysia (IPRM), Chartered Institute of Public Relations UK (CIPR, UK), Malaysian Association of Creativity and Innovation (MACRI), Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Nasional (FINAS) and IMM (Institute Marketing Malaysia).
Currently we are looking for Receptionist cum Administration Assistant to join our agency.
Job Specification :
Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duty
Requirement :
a) Minimum SPM / STPM or Diploma
b) Good Personality (Female Only)
c) Able to communicate & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
d) At least 3 years of working experience
e) Must be computer literate and good in Microsoft Word & Excel
f) Proactive and can work independently with minimum supervision
g) Able to handle multi-tasking work
Monthly Salary : RM1,500 to RM2,000
