Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Processing order, forms, applications and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
- Ensure customer satisfactions and provide professional customer support
Requirements
- Attractively attractive, energetic and positive
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritize tasks without guidance
- Ensures customer complaints are resolved correctly
- Provide good and friendly service to our customer
- Having the good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and the ability to communicate in Mandarin will be added as advantage
- Has ability to various tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
Salary
RM 3,500 - RM 4,500
