3 Position available:-
KITCHEN - CHEF DE PARTIE
Salary : RM 2,000.00 - RM 3,500.00
RESPONSIBLITIES:-
- Ensure all preparations and cooking procedures as followed accordingly
- Maintaining service according to plate specifications.
- Maintains the set of standard of hygiene in the food production area.
- Picks up food or material requisitions.
- Carries out all reasonable duties as assigned by the management.
- Behave as t all times in a manner which projects the good image of the resort
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA or DEGREE in Culinary or any equivalent
- Min: 5 Years experience in related position
- Candidate will be based in the resort, located at Pengerang, Johor.
MANAGER HOUSEKEEPING
Salary : RM 4,000.00 - RM 5,500.00
Based in resort at Johor
RESPONSIBLITIES:-
- Plan, organize, coordinates and supervise the general operation, cleanliness, maintenance, safety and hygiene of all areas under housekeeping surveillance.
- To ensure the efficiency of Housekeeping Department
- Implement strategies aimed at cost minimization, maximization of productivity without reduction of quality standards.
- Report and follow up the maintenance faults and damage.
- Attend the complaints and request from the guests immediately
- Prepare monthly and annual report for Housekeeping Department
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA or DEGREE in Hospitality/Hotel Management & Tourism or any equivalent.
- Min: 3 Years experience in related position
- Candidate will be based in the resort, located at Pengerang, Johor.
SALES MANAGER
Salary : RM 3,500.00 - RM 5,000.00
Based in Kuala Lumpur
RESPONSIBLITIES:-
- Visit existing corporate/association accounts.
- Respond to all inquiries email.
- Arrange and handle the booking with complete arrangement
- Prepare monthly sales report for Hotel Manager
- Attend to monthly and annually meeting.
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA or DEGREE in Hospitality/Hotel Management & Tourism or any equivalent.
- Min: 5 Years experience in related position
- Candidate will be based in Kuala Lumpur.
