RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appcintments
- Plain meeting and take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly schedulef reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diplom or Degree
- Required language : English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- strong organizational skill with the ability to multi-task

WORKING HOUR:
MON-FRI (9:30am-6:30pm)

Salary RM2,000.00
