Job Descriptions:
* Provide support to the Director in a highly efficient manner.
* Have a good response time on communication including all text messaging and calls.
* Identify solutions to support the team's immediate and long term needs and manages its effective implementation.
* Maintain and update appropriate filing system on HR matters, students' records, incoming and outgoing correspondence and billings.
* Answer calls and text messaging, and handle inquiries online/offline with high courtesy.
* Assisting in marketing and sales on all types of courses, programmes and space rentals.
Job Requirements:
* Ladies (preferred).
* Applicants must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource, Administration or equivalent.
* Applicants with at least (1) year working experience will be advantage.
* Fresh graduates or interns with related field are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Computer literate with excellent skills in MS Excel, Words, Power Point and other office equipment.
* Possess a transport with valid driving license.
* Positive mindset and attitude, motivated and a fast learner.
* Good planner and executor.
