ADMIN AND ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
RM2,800 - RM3,500
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle of full set of accounts and ensure all accounts are up to date.
- Handle account receivables, payables and bank reconciliation.
- Manage proper documentation and filing for record keeping.
- Assisting in debtor collection.
- Handle Invoice, Delivery Order, Debit Note and Credit Note processing
- To print customer monthly statement and official receipt.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and etc.
- Handle administrative matters.
- Handling incoming call, correspondence (email, letters parcel and etc.)
- To update data entry for stock take and closing by monthly basis.
- Handle queries of quotation and purchase as when require
- To perform any other ad-hoc.
REQUIREMENTS;
- With LCCI/ Diploma in Business Administrative or Accounting / Related experience required.
- At least 1 year working experience required.
- Required language (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Have experience in SQL Accounting System will be added advantange.
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Able to work indepently with minimum supervision.
- Teamwork, problem solving, patience, communication, ability to work under pressure.
- Can start work immediately will be added advantage
