We are currently hiring enthusiastic individual for the following position:
1) Account Assistant And Pre Audit (Setapak) (2 person)
JOBS DESCRIPTION:
1. Account Assistant And Pre Audit
๐ผ Responsible in preparation full set of account.
๐ผ Reconciles bank statements
๐ผ Balance Sheet
๐ผ Profit & Loss Account
๐ผ Trial Balance
๐ผ General Ledger
๐ผ Journal Entries
๐ผ Pre-audit and financial scrutiny of all payments and disbursements being made in the Company
๐ผ Analyze techniques, methods and procedures before and during pre-audit, modifying techniques as necessary, ensuring records accurately reflect transactions, and verifying that operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
๐ผ Perform financial and/or operational pre-audits and compliance reviews with rules, policies and procedures.
๐ผ To carry out any other duties assigned by superiors in the same area of responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS :
โDiploma or Degree in Accountancy
โ 22-38 years of age.
โ Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and independently as well as a dynamic team player.
โ Have confidence.
โ Familiar with Accounting Software for example UBS, SQL & MYOB.
โ At least one year experience
โ Willing to work in area Sentul(HQ) and Setapak (Branch)
Working Time : 9.00am - 6.00 pm
