Job Description

•IT Hardware repair & Support, Good knowledge of IT application, troubleshooting, hardware support and report generation.
•Provide support for software & hardware upgrading that includes installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of application system problems.
•Provide support and maintenance of internal networks, computer, Door Access Systems, CCTV, Alarm system & other surveillance product.
•Produce timely and detailed reports.

Requirement:

•Diploma / Certificate in IT or equivalent.
•Possess 1-3 years relevant working experience.
•Good knowledge of IT troubleshooting computers, good knowledge of IT hardware and software.
•Able to work independently and in a team.
•Application must be willing to work in Rembau, Negeri Sembilan.
•Willing to travel
