Office Personal Assistant (Melayu)

Job Responsibility
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
- Fax, scan and copy documents
- Recording information as needed
- Greeting clients and VIP management as needed
- Maintain and improve filing practices both electronic and paper
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive material and information
- Performing any other duties assigned

Job Requirement
- At least 1 year experience as an office assistant or in related field
- Or experience with an education setting and/or real world experience in being non-traditional, flexible, open minded, and collaborative.
- Excellent at prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
- Pay close attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively and multi-task.
- Very high level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness
- Work culture following International (US/HK) standard
- Maintain confidentiality of clients and their records
