1. TAX SENIOR & TAX ASSISTANT
Jobs Description :
- Handling Tax for Clients
- Preparation of tax computations, tax returns, other tax compliance to meet tax submission deadlines.
- Handle a portfolio of tax clients including corporate, partnership and individuals.
- Able to provide advisory to clients and liaison with IRB on tax issues.
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least degree / diploma in accountancy or equivalent
- Possess sound knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
- At least 1-2 years of experiences in taxation and accounting field
- Experience dealing with Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN)
- Strong management potential, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Possess positive attitude, team player, able to multitask self motivated, work independently and able to work under pressure
- Possess a high level of initiative, responsible, commitment, sense of urgency and able to interact at all levels.
- Full time position
2. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
- Handle full set of accounts
- Data Entry for Accounts Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP), Invoices, Petty Cash & General Ledger (GL) for the Group of Companies or other related Companies as assigned to you from time to time;
- Handling of bank reconciliation;
- Journal adjustment, such as accrual, forex adjustment, depreciation, inter-co invoices and etc.;
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in accountancy.
- Fresh graduate.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiar with UBS or other accounting software/system.
Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Possess good working attitude, interpersonal skills, initiative & able to work under pressure of targets and deadline.
- Independent, committed, intuitive and responsible.
- Meticulous, analytical, accurate and good with numbers.
- Experience with super mart or retail operation accounts would be advantageous
- Those who are able to start work immediately shall be given priority
