MTAB Resources Sdn. Bhd is incorporated in 2014 as a private limited bumiputera company.MTAB core activities are focused on Education and Government Sectors. MTAB is set up to actively participate and partnering with the government by providing them product knowledge and leading teaching aids available from suppliers around the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide administrative support, especially in the procurement of materials.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Clerical support and perform other duties as requested and etc.
• Preparing tender from start until submission
• Admin Job such as Claim, Petty Cash, Monthly Report,ETC please contact me for further info
REQUIREMENTS
• Possess at least 1-2 years of administrative/procurement experience will be an added advantage
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia & English (Listening, Writing, Speaking).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel (meeting)
• Able to handle multi task and stayback (submission tender)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
