QUALIFICATION

*Candidate MUST possess Degree in Human Resource Management or Development
*At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
*Required skill Microsoft Office
*Strong leadership & communication skills
Problem Solver & have a Critical Thinking
JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Industrial Relation :(Employee grievance,handling dispute among employees, Monitoring discipline of employees, MASTER in handling a disciplinary action processed, handling court matter.)
Responsible and manage full spectrum of HR function, include:
Recruitment & Selection (efficiency in hiring and retention and to ensure consistency and compliance in the recruitment and selection process to find out the right candidate)
Training & Development ( Handling weekly meeting and monthly training to all staff in order to keep employee be motivated and well perform in organisation)

*Compensation & Benefit (Handling SOCSO injuries claims lies with government agency)
*Handling preparation of employment contract etc.
*Maintain good filling system and HR record
*Implement effective and appropriate HR policies & procedures

Age: 25-32 Years Old
Willing to work at Shah Alam
Good Behaviour with integrity
Punctual
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 to RM3,500.00 /month
