ada sapa sapa tahu kalau lot tanah berstatus banglo kita bina kedai runcit, boleh ker?.

minta yg pakar hal ni bagi pendapat dan penerangan

boleh buat tapi kena benda tu salah

arwah ayah saya dulu tanah kebun/getah...

tapi dia buat 5-6 rumah sewa..
dan juga ada 3 unit kedai sewa...

semua main hentam je tak mintak pun kelulusan sesiapa... tak tukar status tanah pun

tapi tanah di kampung...

bila orang nak masukkan air & letrik tanya... dia jawab selamba je... peliknya boleh lepas pulak... semua dapat letrik/air paip meter sendiri...

tapi tanah tepi jalan... tak perlu buat sambungan tambahan...

ERM..KENA TGK ZONING DEKAT MAJLIS DULU..LEPAS TU CARI TOWN PLANNER UNTUK TUKAR GUNA TANAH...SELALU CLIENT SAYA BELI TANAH TK CEK DULU APA DEVELOPMENT YG DIBENARKAN..UNTUK KHIDMAT TOWN PLANNER BOLEH HUBUNGI SAYA..mohzus@yahoo.com

salam tumpang tny, sy nak tau tanah yg brstatus TOL mcm mn ye,... klu wat projek atas tanah 2 blh ke? klu blh projek yg mcm mn sesuai..... harap beri penjelasan n pandangan....

tnah TOL kena apply kt pejabat tanah..tapi government ada right nk amik balik tanah u..TOL tu balik..permanant building tk boleh bina atas tanah TOL tu..nti jadilah kes mcm dkt nurseri sg buloh...

Nak tanya. Saya ada beli tanah yg zoning pertanian, kalau nak tukar zoning tu jadi perumahan mcm mana ye? Sbb nk pecah lot. Boleh kongsikan prosedur tukar zoning Tak? Tq
